Trading for over 40 years (see "the history of TOPSPEED" ) and managed by an experienced team of professionals, TOPSPEED is Surrey's premier retailer of Motoring Accessories and Performance Parts. As well as parts and accessories for the traditional family saloon, we specialise in performance parts and accessories for American V8 and Classic machines. We have recently become official Hoosier Tyre Dealers and carry a large stock for both Street and Drag Racing applications. Carrying the majority of stock in our large warehouse allows us to focus on delivering our customers needs, today.... regardless of how rare or exotic the part.... and this is coupled with bi-monthly shipments from the States
We are just minutes from the M25, so if you prefer to do you purchasing in person, please call in and discuss your needs with one of the team... there's usually a pot of coffee on the go!

Billy.... Sales & Procurement
Bill has been involved in the motor industry since 1983 owning many rare cars ranging from self-built Hot Rods to RS Capris and Porsche Super Cups. Bill's main love and passion is the sport of Drag Racing which he has been competing in since 1991 and during this time has won many Championships and Trophies. After spending 20 years with Maranello Ferrari Bill now co-owns TOPSPEED and is looking forward to taking the business into it's 41st year and beyond, while still competing in 2011/2012 in his street legal 1300 BHP '69 Camaro in many Drag Racing events

David.... Founder
TOPSPEED was established by David Williams in 1969. The retail outlet was located in Hounslow and Chertsey before finally moving to it's current home in New Haw, Surrey. The success of the business is a great testament to David's business and retail skills which has seen many of the competitors fall by the wayside. While David is now enjoying his retirement from the business he still calls in from time to time to enjoy the coffee.
Vinnie.... Marketing & Business Development
Vinnie has always had an interest in cars and motorcycles (the wilder the better!!) and was a keen F1 fan though the '90s attending many a European Grand Prix. His collection of vehicles is as diverse as Dutton Kit cars, a Suzuki GSX-R1100 and now a very pretty '88 Camaro. Vin has been crewing for Billy 'The Kid' Racing since 2005 and as the new Crew Chief, is looking to pull the team together for the 2012 season. When he grows-up, Vinnie would like to enter drag racing as a driver... but that's a long way away yet!!
Nick.... IT & Web Design
Despite a 10 year history in the motor trade, working with both the Trade & Retail customers, as our resident IT geek we ensure Nick spends most of his time locked away out of sight from our valued customers. Let out only on special occasions, Nick's focus is on improving our web site and communication tools. His passion for cars runs deep and ranges from old English classics such as a '68 MGC Roadster to a modern-day 2-seater Mercedes. Nick's latest project for his spare time (Nick: what spare time?) is working on a Peanut-fuelled Hybrid-rocket powered drag racer for next season (you can see why we don't let him out much).
Scott.... Finance & Operations
After ensuring that we are all paid on time, Scott likes to attend as many motor sport events as possible and range from his true passion of drag racing, to circuit racing and the Mecca of all motorbike events, the Isle of Mann TT. His taste in cars range from American muscle cars through early Fords and he recently sold his 1000BHP '68 Camaro and is now on the lookout for an El Camino (Update: Now found and in true Topspeed colours!) If you want to talk Corporation Tax returns he is hopefully not you man!
Lyn... Sales
Lyn's passion for cars began with her involvement in her Husband’s successful rally team from 1971 – 1986 in their superb looking rally prepared BDA MK1 Escort. Lyn started working for the well known and very successful A1 “Going Spare” Motor Accessory Shop in Leatherhead in 1994 picking up a wealth of motoring experience along the way.
Since joining the Topspeed team in 2008, Lyn has become instrumental in the day to day running of our busy 1,500 sq ft retail outlet and motoring wise there isn’t much that she can't fix, find or order.
Dave... Sales
Dave, being older than most can remember back to those days when a man with a red flag walked in front of your car and quarter-mile times were measured in minutes. Having forgotten more than most people ever get to know about cars, Dave is our UK classic car guru and when not helping customers locate those unusual and hard to source parts, is currently rebuilding a 1967 Zodiac Mark IV called Bob.
Ellie.... Sales
Despite having a collection of cars limited to a Peugeot 106, Ellie's passion for cars started at a young age and like most of the ladies favours anything Red and Italian. As well as assisting on the Sales side of the business, Ellie has a designers eye and is responsible for most of the company's new image and branding.
