Shipping & Delivery
Topspeed Automotive will make every effort to deliver any goods as soon after your order is accepted as possible.  Most orders placed before 4pm are shipped out on a next day basis, but it you are in a particular hurry or need to make alternative delivery arrangements then please contact us directly and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements, however, we will not be liable for any loss suffered by you through any delay in delivery.
Personal Data

2. Transactional information relating to any orders placed. When ordering from our site you will be asked for you name, email address, home address and phone number.

Returns & Replacements
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange providing they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:-
Items are returned carriage paid.
Items are returned unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
A RMA number must be obtained by contacting Topspeed prior to returning goods.
We cannot accept refunds on any items that have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.
Ordering
We will confirm your order by email or telephone.
If we accept your order, we will notify you by email when we have dispatched the goods. If we cannot accept your order (for example (but without limitation) because the goods are found to be unavailable) we will notify you by telephone or email.
In the event that, after we accept your order, we discover that the goods ordered are unavailable or that there was a pricing error on our website in respect of the goods ordered, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a refund.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
In the unlikely event that an error occurs on our website and our goods are priced incorrectly, we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
On occasion, the prices payable of some goods advertised on our web site may differ from those prices offered at our shop counter, and we are under no obligation to honour any website price if there is such a difference.
