TOPSPEED is proud to be continuing the sponsorship of Billy 'The Kid' Racing.

This awesome '69 Camaro is fully street legal for the road and the 1/4 mile strip and with an estimated 1300bhp from the supercharged and intercooled 7.5 litre Chevy, the eye catching yellow and black paint scheme, this 8 second hot rod attracts major crowds wherever it appears. Plans for 2011/2012 include a new and lightweight front clip and replacing the Intercooler with a Chargecooler.

When not cruising the streets of Southern England, this car competes in the excellent Street Eliminator Series where some of the cars reach in excess of 190mph in 7 seconds.  These are street legal remember, and if you compare this with some of the Worlds fastest and most expensive super cars, they will cover the same 1/4mile distance in around 11 seconds the fact is totally mind boggling.

Here in the world of Street Eliminator, the cars race on the 1/4 mile strip with genuine treaded tyres, full exhaust systems, run on ordinary petrol and are MOT'd, taxed and insured for the road.

You can have all this fun on the drag-strip and also drive these incredible machines on the street.... How much better can it get!!!

2012 Racing Calendar

There is also a provisonal date of the weekend of the 17th August for an event over in Holland and while this will not included as part of the Championship, we are looking forward to running as an exhibition event.... We are waiting for this to be confirmed and further details to be made available.

We are also looking forward to seeing a number of new cars in Street Eliminator this season including Mark Todd's stunning '65 GTO which debuted at January's Autosports show below...
